The Advanced Diploma is ideal for those progressing to higher qualifications from the Certificate level, or for those unsure of whether they wish to commit to the rigors of a Masters' course without previous experience of education at this level.

The Advanced Diploma is respected throughout the practising Project Management community as an entry point to the more demanding aspects of the work. Less demanding in terms of work content than the MSc programmes and completed in 12 – 18 months.

The Advanced Diploma gives participants proven ways to succeed in meeting the daily challenges of project management. It teaches state-of-art tools and techniques for managing complex projects, as well principles and methods just emerging from research in the field. This programme delivers an infusion of theory and academia tempered with practicality and experience.

The Advanced Diploma in Project Management is a practically based designed to provide the student with the latest skills, knowledge and expertise to deal with multiple and varied projects across all sectors of Industry in the area of Project Management. It combines a unique blend of 'core' project management modules underpinned by specifically designed general management modules that deal effectively with uncertainty and change within various types of organisations. The knowledge and skills learned on the programme can be readily applied to projects within the learner’s own working environment. On completion of the programme graduates are assured of a high quality, internationally recognised qualification.
